Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar is returning to theaters in celebration of its 10th anniversary.

Variety reports that the sci-fi epic will hit cinemas again on September 27 and will be shown in the filmmaker's preferred format of 70mm IMAX prints, as well as on digital screens. Co-producer Warner Bros. will team up with Paramount for the return of the film.

Set in a dystopian future, Interstellar stars Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Matt Damon as astronauts who enter a wormhole to find a new place for mankind to settle. Cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema shot the film on the Panavision anamorphic format 35mm movie and IMAX 70mm. It went on to earn a worldwide gross of $681 million USD against a $165 million USD budget, and took home Best Visual Effects at the Oscars.
