Christine Quinn Hits Back at Husband, Filing for Her Own TRO

Days after Christian Richard filed for a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife Christine Quinn, the Sellng Sunset star has hit back with her own request. It’s the latest in an explosive back-and-forth between the real estate moguls. Unfortunately, it gets uglier by the day.

The drama started with their toddler allegedly being struck by an object during an argument between the couple, leading to Christian being charged with domestic violence. All of the other details vary, depending on whose court documents you’re reading. TMZ just got ahold of Christine’s latest filing, and she painted an entirely different scenario from what Christian said. According to Christine, the events that happened over the last week have been building up for quite some time.

Christine’s disturbing allegations

As a reminder, Christian said the fight that led to his arrest started over their misbehaving dogs. He said he got fed up with having to clean up after them, and he admitted to throwing a bag at Christine. She said there was a glass bottle inside of it, but he said it was just rags and towels.

In Christine’s request for a restraining order, she claimed their explosive confrontation was actually a two-day ordeal. She said they were arguing over financial issues and he lost his temper and started throwing random stuff at her. Allegedly, he picked up dog poop and threw it at Christine. She also claimed he pulled out his penis and peed on the floor.

That disgusting situation was the last straw for Christine, and she said that she planned on leaving him. He ended up getting arrested the day Christine tried to leave. Since then, she and her son have been staying in a hotel.

Although Christine and her son are physically away from Christian, she claimed in her filing that he has been monitoring her through her electronic devices. The restraining order would be a stop to that. She also requested sole custody of their little one while they resolve this.

Last week, sources close to Christine confirmed that she was planning a divorce. At this point, we have not heard any updates on if she has filed. However, Christian claimed Christine was using this whole situation to get the upper hand in a potential divorce.
