Christine Quinn has filed a request for temporary restraining order against her husband, Christian Richard.

The Selling Sunset alum's request comes days after her spouse was arrested twice following an alleged domestic dispute. The LAPD confirmed to PEOPLE that Richard (whose real last name is Dumontet), was arrested at their Hollywood home on the afternoon of March 19 after he allegedly threw a bag with a glass bottle inside at the star. He missed her but hit their son, who was treated by paramedics, police said.

He was charged with assault with a "deadly weapon," according to a statement from law enforcement.

The following day he was arrested for a second time at their home the following day, after allegedly violating an emergency protective order that had been put in place.

Quinn has now filed for a temporary restraining order, which forbids her spouse from coming within 100 yards (300 feet) of her, her home, her vehicle, her job, or their child’s “school or childcare.”

Although Quinn filed in the state of Texas, her documents state that the estranged couple still resides together. Richard’s own restraining order against Quinn, which he filed one day prior, listed a Los Angeles property in his name.

Quinn is asking that a judge grant a move-out order for her spouse, stating that she lives at the residence with her child.

The temporary restraining order requests that her two Yorkshire Terriers, Bubby and Teddy, are also protected from Richard.

Quinn has asked for control of the property, stating, “This is the marital residence. I have nowhere else to go. Our son has lived there all his life, and he lives with me full-time.”

In her request, she asks that Richard cover the utilities for the home, as well as the mortgage and at least half of the payment for their child’s nanny.

Additionally, Quinn is asking that her husband be placed on child support and spousal support, and cover her lawyer fees and costs.

Quinn is asking for full custody, and asks that a judge allows Richard to have “no visits” with their son. Richard had asked for joint custody in his request.

Both parents have expressed fears that the other could possibly abduct the child.

“He has obtained a passport for our son alone, without me. He is a citizen of France, he and/or his family own property in France, and he has expressed a desire to move to France in the past,” Quinn said.

Attempts to reach Richard for comment have been unsuccessful. Sources tell PEOPLE that Quinn is waiting for a ruling from the judge on her filings.

The celebrity realtor married Richard, a businessman and software engineer originally from New Jersey, in 2019. They welcomed their son, Christian George Dumontet, in 2021.

The pair were introduced by a friend of Quinn's following filming for the first season of Selling Sunset. Richard has mostly stayed out of the spotlight, but did occasionally appear on the Netflix docusoap, including in footage of their gothic wonderland-themed wedding, which was held at a cathedral in Downtown L.A.

After Quinn departed the show and the Oppenheim Group, the L.A. real estate firm around which it's based, she revealed to PEOPLE in May 2022 that she and her husband had teamed up to launch a new crypto real estate venture called RealOpen
