Christina Aguilera Rocks Black Leather Jacket and Lip Print Mini Skirt at “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

The singer appeared on the show to discuss her Las Vegas residency which begins in December

Christina Aguilera is channeling her inner rock chick!

The singer, 42, sported an edgy leather look as she arrived at a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday. She also showed off her new short, choppy hairdo which she unveiled last week.

Aguilera looked super cool in an oversized black leather jacket and a pair of matching, thigh-high leather boots. The “Dirrty” singer injected a burst of color with a red lip print mini skirt by Diesel and accesorized with Saint Laurent sunglasses and silver jewelry.

The singer later swapped out her leather look for a black plunging black bodysuit with shoulder pads and disco leggings as she chatted with host Jimmy Kimmel on the show.

During her interview, Aguilera spoke about her Las Vegas residency, which begins on Dec. 30 at the Voltaire Belle de Nuit venue at The Venetian Resort.

“It’s such a creative experience for me, unlike anything I’ve ever done,” the star told the host. “Because it’s such a very special, exclusive [show], like only 1000 seats per night and I’m not on until midnight."

The singer added that the performance would be, “very seductive and mysterious and super interactive with the audience."

"I’ve never been so up close and personal [with the audience]," she said.

The “Can’t Hold Us Down” star will be joining Kylie Minogue as one of the first artists to perform at Voiltaire. Minogue, 55, begins her Vegas shows there on Nov. 3.

Meanwhile, Aguilera — who shares son Max Liron with ex-husband Jordan Bratman and daughter Summer Rain with fiancé Matt Rutler — also told Kimmel that she and Rutler take spooky season "very seriously."

"It's my favorite time of the year, it's almost like New Years for me," she said, adding that she decorates her house for Halloween in September. "It's no joke. There's a lot going on and everything has a theme."
