On Friday, the supermodel, 69, shared a series of photos from her Turkey Day celebration alongside her three kids — daughters Alexa Ray Joel, 37, Sailor Brinkley-Cook, 25, and son Jack Brinkley-Cook, 28.

In the first photo, Christie is all smiles as she stands in the kitchen beside a display of pies lined up on the kitchen counter.

The next shot unveiled her elaborate table setup equipped with red wine glasses and festive place settings. Multiple bouquets of flowers brightened up the space, while elaborate decor and a crystal chandelier are seen hanging in the background.

“I’m thankful for my family, my friends near and far, and the good health we all share. Touch wood, no jinx! I’m also thankful that I’m grateful every other day of the year too,” Christie captioned the post. “I think it’s the secret to a happy life!”

She also included a photo of Sailor and Jack posing side-by-side in the dining room, followed by a snap of Alexa seated at the table with a full plate and a glass of red wine.

In August, the former Sports Illustrated model opened up about her upcoming 70th birthday in February and how she’s feeling ahead of the milestone celebration.

“I pretty much feel, as I'm approaching 70, the same way that I felt when I was approaching 30. I feel good. I feel strong,” she told PEOPLE. “I feel like the number doesn't match my spirit, so I may as well just keep spiriting on."

She added, "I've been shocked by not feeling the way I thought I was supposed to be feeling at that age."

The mom of three said she doesn’t “believe that focusing on age is going to make you feel any better about it. I think curiosity in the world around you and just wanting to do something with each day, that is what keeps you young and going.”

Focusing on the simpler things in life is key to the model’s happiness, especially spending quality time with family.

“I just love any time I have any family and friends around, just being able to sit and laugh — I think laughter heals everything.”
