Christie Brinkley's Ex-Husband Peter Cook, 60, Is Engaged to 21-Year-Old College Student Alba Jancou
Christie Brinkley’s ex-husband, Peter Cook, is engaged.
ET has confirmed that the 60-year-old architect proposed to 21-year-old college student Alba Jancou on Sept. 15 in front of a church in Santorini, Greece, with a six-carat Glenn Bradford diamond ring. The couple is engaged to be married in Europe. Page Six was first to report the news.
“We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have found, in each other, our soulmate," Cook said in a statement to ET. "We are looking forward to many years of wedded bliss!"
Cook posted about the engagement on Instagram on Oct. 29.
"SHE SAID YES! 🍾🥂❤️," he wrote. "I love her and that’s the beginning and the end of everything.”

Cook was formerly married to supermodel Christie Brinkley. The two wed in 1996 but they went their separate ways in 2008, after Brinkley accused Cook of cheating on him with an 18-year-old.
The former couple have a daughter, Sailor Brinkley-Cook, a model who has appeared on Dancing with the Stars. At 21, she is the same age as Jancou.
