Chrissy Teigen Teases Kim Kardashian Over Kenny G Valentine’s Day Surprise: 'How'd He Get Out?'

Kanye West surprised Kim Kardashian with a very special Valentine’s Day serenade from Kenny G — and Chrissy Teigen has some logistical questions about how it all came together.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 38, set the internet ablaze on Thursday afternoon when she began posting videos from her husband’s grand gesture.

In the clips, the world-renowned saxophonist could be seen playing for the couple at their home, in the middle of a room filled with white, pink and red roses placed in individual vases — and from the camera angle, it made it look like he was trapped amid all of the flowers.

“NO BIG DEAL KENNY G IN MY LIVING ROOM!!! Happy Valentines Day,” Kardashian West tweeted alongside one video, adding kiss emojis.

Playfully teasing her friend, Teigen replied, “did Kenny have to stand there while the flowers were being set up? How did he get out? we need more info on kenny!!!”

Although Kardashian West did not directly reply to her friend’s question, in additional clips shared on her Instagram Story, it became clear that there was actually a path in the flowers for the musician to walk around.

The reality star — who’s expecting her fourth child with West, a baby boy, via surrogate — went on to share a few more clips of the sweet surprise on her Twitter page, including one of the musician playing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

“Best husband award goes to mine,” Kardashian West proclaimed. “Most thoughtful gifts ever!!!!”

Earlier in the day, the KKW Beauty mogul posted two adorable photos of the couple from back in the day: one of them kissing, and a selfie of them smiling.

“Happy Valentines Day babe!!!” she wrote. “I love you so much.”

A source recently told PEOPLE that Kardashian West and the Ye rapper, 41, who have been married since 2014, have “a different chemistry when a baby is on the way.”

“They are much more into each other when they’re expecting,” the source said. “So they’re both really happy right now — a lot more romantic, a lot more supportive of each other.”

“They touch each other, kiss each other and say things to each other like, ‘You’re the best thing that ever happened to me,’ ” the source continued. “It’s really sweet to watch them together. When they’re not expecting, they’re still loving, but nothing like this.”

The couple are already parents to son Saint, 3, daughter North, 5½, and daughter Chicago, 1, who was also born via surrogate.
