Chrissy Teigen has reunited with her children after returning from New York City this week.

Just days after posting about how much she missed her four children while she was away, the 38-year-old model is now looking back on her action-packed trip with an Instagram photo dump full of New York memories.

Included in the post was a meme of a viral Stanley cup featuring the face of The Office character Stanley Hudson, a video of Teigen taking a power nap, and a cute selfie with pals. She also posted a photo of a note written by daughter Luna Simone, 7, and stuck on a cup which read, "If you eat this you will die. Thank you, Luna."

Teigen — who shares sons Wren Alexander Stephens, 7 months, and Miles Theodore, 5, as well as daughters Esti Maxine, 12 months, and Luna with husband John Legend — captioned her post, "It’s been a week."

After reflecting on her trip to New York, the mother of four also spent a little time with Luna on her Instagram Story, showing her daughter decorating a wooden "girl scout cookie booth" with vines and super glue. She captioned the clip, "Love delegating."

"I'm loving it," Teigen told her daughter of the art project. "That looks so much better."

In a follow-up Instagram Story, Teigen posted a photo of Luna lying down on a rug while watching TV. "Oh no forgot she's me," she wrote.

Luna then could be seen finishing up her craft project with some super glue and additional materials, showing it off proudly on her mom's Instagram Story.

Teigen previously opened up to PEOPLE in August about being a mom of four, when she revealed that "the hardest part is making sure the older ones feel loved and taken care of and just as special as the babies.”

"There's a lot of diaper changing and feeding, and it seems like you're coddling these two little babies and they're not getting enough," she said. "I think any parent of multiple kids can understand that you want to make sure they still feel loved."

Teigen wasn't only missing her little ones this past week, as she also revealed on SiriusXM’s TODAY radio show The Happy Hour that her mother, Vilailuck "Pepper" Teigen, recently moved back to Thailand to live in her childhood hometown of Korat.

“We haven't really told the world or the internet, and everyone's gonna be probably so confused,” Teigen said. “She is meant to go live her best life.”

As Teigen explained, her mother “loves taking care of her grandchildren" and is “young enough that she needs to go off and be happy.”
