The response came after a plastic surgeon shared a post accusing Chrissy of getting bad fillers and used her as an example of what someone's face "could become" if they do it "wrong." They wrote in the caption that the post was "not out of mean intentions" but "to discuss overfill and its possible consequences."

"No mean intentions?" Chrissy wrote back. "But saying this could be your face if you do it wrong? You're a piece of shit."

Chrissy also clarified that her appearance was the result of her having "gained weight," disputing speculation that she'd used facial fillers.

She then highlighted mean comments that followers had made about her before the surgeon deleted the post. One said that Chrissy "destroyed her face," while another compared her to Squidward. “Thanks for this," Chrissy wrote.

Chrissy previously talked with Byrdie in 2017 about her experience with plastic surgery. She said she'd had it done on various parts of her body — "except my cheeks."

"I'm not shy talking about that sort of thing," she added. "I have no regrets."
