Chrissy Teigen and Her Kids Go Horseback Riding: 'Today Begins My Journey into the Horse World'

Chrissy Teigen is taking on a new hobby.

On Sunday, the mom of two, 35, revealed that she started horseback riding after her therapist suggested she find something to do. "My therapist says I need something that I do just for me, as I have absolutely nothing currently lol. Today begins my journey into the horse world," the Cravings cookbook author shared on Twitter alongside a photo of her new horse.

"I hope this dude likes me," Teigen added. "He's so handsome and appears lazy, I love."

Teigen then documented herself "breaking in" her riding boots, which she found to be much more difficult than she had anticipated.

"Holy s---. horse people: the boots! I always thought breaking in boots meant the foot part but does it mean the calf part because I'm dying over here," she shared on Twitter with a video of herself struggling with her boots.

"Not even at the horse part yet lol what the f--- who can fit in these," Teigen added.

The star later shared another video of herself massaging her calves, adding that she would next take a fan's advice and blow-dry the boots while wearing them to mold them to her legs.

Teigen also documented the day on her Instagram, sharing a photo with her 4-year-old daughter Luna.

"First ride AND first jeans for Luna. she had an epic jean meltdown, really beautiful acting 10/10," the Cravings cookbook author captioned the photo.

In addition to finding a new hobby, Teigen is also playing around with her look in 2021. Last week she debuted a custom lace lavender wig.

"The wig life ... chose me," she captioned an Instagram post showing off her colorful new hairstyle.
