  • Chrissy Teigen has been making the rounds on her press tour. And she's certainly been picking some killer outfits that totally accentuate her strong bod.

  • The 36-year-old cookbook author and model recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! wearing a long black gown with two incredibly high slits—and wow, her legs looked absolutely killer!

  • Chrissy turns to her trainer, Simone De La Rue, for the high-intensity dance workouts that keep her super fit.

Chrissy Teigen is currently embarking on a press tour with appearances at some of the biggest talk shows—and her outfits have been so on-point.

Earlier this week, she wore a black sequined minidress at The Ellen Show. And for her latest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! (which was guest hosted by JB Smoove), she rocked a gorgeous full-length gown with two super-high slits that showed off her strong and toned legs. She accessorized the outfit with a pair of strappy black heels and I gotta say: Her look was beyond chic.

The 36-year-old cookbook author and model shared a snap of herself sitting in the guest chair on the show on her IG: "Watch me Curb fangirl over @ohsnapjbsmoove on @jimmykimmellive tonight on #ABC! We talk our long lost, missing Nike commercial and JB male models his ass off!" she captioned the pic.

Her hubby John Legend was loving it and commented, "😍😍😍😍😍." While Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn wrote, "Adorable ❤️❤️❤️❤️." Actress Grace Byers also chimed in with, "Gorgeous ❤️."

To get her legs looking so good, Chrissy loves to take dance classes with trainer Simone De La Rue. "Chrissy Teigen I've been with for three or four years," Simone said in an interview with Business Insider. "We do more laughing than working out, to be honest. She's a hilarious person and I like having a giggle with her."

And like all of us, she goes through phases where she's super dedicated to her workout schedule...and sometimes, super unmotivated.

“Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and then my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard,” she told People."It’s all about balance. And yes, I definitely stray, I go crazy, but if I [went to the gym] all the time I would be very unhappy, like physically sad and just feeling lazy and horrible.”

She also relies on EMS (a.k.a electrical muscle stimulation), which supposedly activates 90 percent of the body’s muscles in 20 minutes and simulates an hours-long workout. According to Scientific American, it's a technology that activates your muscles and makes them contract while you work out.

As for her nutrition, Chrissy loves to cook for herself and her fam. (Of course.)

And she chooses to skip diets altogether. "It's more important for me to enjoy things as they come. I put my mind and spirit over body. If it's going to make me happy and make me feel good, then I indulge in it," she told People. She added that "I've spent too many years counting calories and scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself. Now I know it's on the ground playing with my kids or going to a park or an aquarium."
