Warning: This post contains spoilers from season 7 of Selling Sunset.

Something big will be announced during the upcoming Selling Sunset reunion, according to Chrishell Stause.

In an exclusive conversation with PEOPLE, the real estate agent, 42, says that "there is a huge announcement that's going to be made, so everyone needs to tune in for that."

The Selling Sunset season 7 reunion, which will air on Netflix on Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. PST / 9 p.m. EST, will see Stause and her fellow castmates Mary Bonnet, Amanza Smith, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, Nicole Young, Bre Tiesi, Romain Bonnet and Heather Rae El Moussa — plus the Oppenheim brothers, Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim — rehash and (potentially) resolve all the leftover drama from this season, which began airing earlier this month.

"When the season ends, people are left with a lot of questions, and the reunion's job is to not only answer those questions, but to also pick up where the current state of affairs is," Stause explains. "Because sometimes there are months between what we filmed and what you're seeing."

She adds, "You're definitely going to get the current state of affairs of every piece of the drama that we dealt with in season 7."

In season 7, the realtors behind The Oppenheim Group were involved in various scandalous and emotional storylines, while all still trying to sell homes.

Young, 53, continued feuding with Stause and found herself in a heated quarrel with Hernan, 32, as Tiesi, 32, clashed with another realtor and shocked castmates with her admission of having a fling with a Michael B. Jordan.

Stause and Smith, 46, meanwhile, had a falling out following a tense dinner in Cabo, as Bonnet, 43, suffered a huge "emotional" and "physical" miscarriage.

The Las Vegas marriage between Stause and partner G Flip was also featured, though the former soap opera star conceded it wasn't technically legal because they didn't "put the time and effort" in to "do the paperwork."

Continuing to tease the Selling Sunset season 7 reunion special, which will be hosted by Queer Eye's Tan France, Stause tells PEOPLE, "I think it's going to be exciting."

"I feel like it's one of those things where everyone's going to watch it live," she continues. "With the show dropping all at once, it's really kind of hard for everyone to talk about things in real-time, so the reunion will be different."

Stause — who recently partnered with 21 Seeds Tequila for a Friendsgiving dinner — adds, "I feel like it'll be a little more of a live-watching opportunity."

As for what else viewers can expect from the highly-anticipated program, the star also notes, "It gets heated, but there are also a lot of really beautiful resolutions. So I'm looking forward to people watching."

The Selling Sunset season 7 reunion will air on Netflix on Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. PST / 9 p.m. EST. All seasons of Selling Sunset are currently available to watch on the streaming service.
