Stause clashes with her ex (and boss) Jason Oppenheim's new girlfriend in a first look at the drama-filled new season, coming Nov. 3

Selling Sunset fans can look forward to a fresh feud in season 7.

In a PEOPLE exclusive first look at the new trailer for the hit Netflix series (returning Nov. 3), above, Chrishell Stause has a tense exchange with her ex-boyfriend and current boss Jason Oppenheim's new partner, Marie-Lou Nurk.

In the scene, Nurk tells Stause, “I just feel like maybe there’s feelings left,” referring to Stause's relationship with Oppenheim in 2021, while the two sit down at a restaurant together. Stause clearly disagrees and tells Nurk, “I’m losing brain cells on this conversation,” before abruptly getting up to leave the table.

While Nurk and Oppenheim also called it quits on their 10-month relationship in May, they were together during the filming of season 7.

Earlier in the trailer, Stause opens up to her friend and co-star Mary Bonnet (formerly Fitzgerald) about “trying to figure out this balance between work and social settings,” as clips of Stause and Oppenheim sharing a laugh, followed by Stause and her new partner G Flip, play on screen.

Bonnet responds: “You know how Jason is. He loves somebody, he loves them forever." Oppenheim has shared as much himself in the past, telling PEOPLE four months after their split, "I still love her."

Alongside Stause and Bonnet, fans will see most of their favorite agents returning for season 7, including Chelsea Lazkani, Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Emma Hernan and Nicole Young.

Heather El Moussa, an Oppenheim Group agent who has been part of the cast since season one, is noticeably missing from the trailer after confirming in an Instagram post on Thursday that she will only be in “a few episodes” this season.

The reduced role was seemingly not El Moussa's choice. She shared last spring that she was surprised she had not been called back to continue filming season 7 after her maternity leave ended. "I've been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back," she said during a segment on E! News.

Another feud that may be addressed this season is the drama between Stause and Smith. Although Smith confirmed the two have resolved their issues while she was in the hospital recovering from a severe spinal infection, she did admit to having a falling out with Stause and blocking her on social media in May.

In the season 7 trailer, all of the agents are seen out at dinner where Smith starts recording and pointing at the empty chairs beside her. After someone asks where Stause is, Smith says, “We’re all here at dinner. Two empty chairs. It’s a little ridiculous.”

In a conversation with Bonnet, Stause explains, “She thought I should have been there, but it felt like not my friend talking to me,” referring to Smith.

Ending on a positive note, Stause tells Tiesi, “at the end of the day, the only thing I want is peace.”

Selling Sunset season 7 premieres Friday, Nov. 3 on Netflix.
