Chris Rock was in great company on Thursday night (April 7), sharing a photo with an epic squad comprised of OutKast rapper Andre 3000, comic Dave Chappelle, rock star Jack White, DJ D-Nice and eventually, R&B vet D’Angelo.

“Me , Dave , D-nice , jack white and jarobi hard at work on the new Andre 3000 album,” Rock wrote on Instagram and Twitter. It’s unclear whether Rock was making a joke or being upfront about a potential 3 Stacks LP.

A Tribe Called Quest’s Jarobi White and DJ D-Nice also shared some behind-the-scenes flicks of their studio hangout, which included an appearance from D’Angelo. D-Nice captioned his photo, “Last night wasn’t planned and ended up being one of the best nights ever! Chris Rock, Andre 3000, Me, Jarobi, Jack White, and Dave Chappelle.” Per Jarobi, they also partook in a studio screening of the 1984 hip-hop drama Beat Street.
