In case you needed a reminder, Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin are one of the sweetest couples in Hollywood. An insider told Life and Style about Martin and Johnson’s dynamic, and how Martin is a truly loving partner, especially when it pertains to Johnson’s mental health.

“He’s able to lift her spirits with his humor and wisdom. He’s a very sensitive guy,” the insider said. “When she’s feeling down, she can count on him being there. They talk things out. He’ll even go to therapy with her if she wants. He cares that much.”

And this isn’t the first time we’ve heard of Martin helping out Johnson.
Last month, specifically on Nov 14, she spoke about Martin in her acceptance speech at the 2023 Hope for Depression Research Foundation annual luncheon. While accepting the 2023 Hope Award for Depression Advocacy, she said, “A few weeks ago, I was having a low day and my partner [Chris Martin], said to me, ‘Are you really struggling?’ and I said ‘No?’”
She added, per Hello via MSN, “And he said, ‘Baby, you are wearing a Cats T-shirt.’ As in Cats the music. So it turns out, I really was struggling. But that moment lifted me up and pulled me out of it.”
For those who don’t know, the lovebirds started dating in 2017 after being set up by mutual friends, and six years later, they seem more in love than ever. They moved in together in 2021. Despite not telling fans much about their relationship, people can’t get enough of it when they hear a smidgen of details about their A-list romance.
