Chris Evans returns to Lizzo's DMs to joke about their 'little bundle of joy'

Lizzo is OK with pregnancy "Rumors" as long as they involve Chris Evans.

The "Truth Hurts" singer has been trolling fans with jokes about her being pregnant with Evans' child months after she drunkenly sent the "Captain America" star a message on Instagram to indicate that she was shooting her shot with him. Evans hilariously responded to her in April and now he's back at it.

When the actor got word he was about to become a father, he once again slid in Lizzo's DMs.

"Hi! Just heard about our little bundle of joy. My mother will be so happy lol," he wrote, according to a TikTok from Lizzo.

He followed up with one request: "Just promise me no gender reveal parties."

Lizzo shared a screenshot of the DMs in her TikTok, joking she "secured the child support bag." It included a snippet of her upcoming song "Rumors," which is set to release next Friday.

"OMG YALL— HE SAW THE BABY BUMP! WE DID IT! NOW YALL GOTTA NAME LIL MERICA," she captioned the post.

Lizzo originally joked about being pregnant with Evans' baby in response to a fan comment on her page: "We know your (pregnant emoji) and we know it's Chris Evans now spill the tea." She addressed the comment in a sarcastic Tiktok a video.

"This is something I've been trying to keep personal and private," Lizzo teased. "We're going to have a little America."

Lizzo's crush on Evans has been a long-running joke between the two.

In April, Lizzo revealed in a TikTok video that she had sent Evans a flirty message on Instagram while drinking.

Evans responded a day later writing: "No shame in a drunk DM, God knows i've done worse on this app lol," seemingly referencing the nude photo he apparently shared by accident online in September.

Before the private social media messages, Lizzo and Evans shared a sweet back-and-forth on Twitter in June 2019.

When Lizzo shared "rare footage" of herself as a child, Evans retweeted it, writing, "This kid is cooler than I could ever hope to be."

Her response? "Wow marry me," she tweeted back.

Evans has revealed his type before in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"I'm the one who fears being enveloped," Evans said in 2019. "I was always a really autonomous guy my whole life. Camping by myself is one of my favorite things. I really like to be with someone who also has their own thing to do as well, you know? If I'm with someone who just kind of adopts my life, that can feel a bit suffocating."
