Chris Brown Stands Firmly Behind His Controversial Comments On Kehlani’s Suicide Attempt

"The amount of followers I got and the amount of comments are the amounts of fu**s I give" says Chris Brown in Twitter spiel.

Earlier this week, rising artist Kehlani revealed a shocking statement on her attempted suicide. The “You Should Be Here” singer was the center of negative attention when news surfaced that she parted ways with NBA player Kyrie Irving and returned to her former partner, PartyNextDoor. Insensitive comments littered her social media accounts, prompting the Cali native to delete her Instagram, but later returned with a note that stunned her fans.

Although she’s now in recovery mode and received well wishes from her fellow artists, one R&B singer made it a point to show that he wasn’t sympathetic to the news.

On Twitter late Tuesday night (Mar. 29), Chris Brown shared that he’s on Irving’s side of the occurrence, and referred to Kehlani’s suicide attempt as “doing sh*t for sympathy so them comments under your pics don’t look so bad.”

The “Wall to Wall” singer didn’t stop there, taking to the account four hours later to state that he’s unapologetic for his controversial statements.

“I’ll be the BIGGEST PIECE OF 💩. But ima ride for my Homies regardless,” he wrote. “KYRIE is probably one of the only good guys left. IDGAF!!!” He later ended his Twitter spiel with, “The amount of followers I got and the amount of comments are the amounts of fu**s I give.”
