Chris Brown shares first photo, name of newborn son after dropping subtle clues
Chris Brown reportedly welcomed a child with ex-girlfriend Ammika Harris at the end of last month. But it wasn’t until Wednesday morning that the singer shared the first photo and the name of his baby boy.
The 30-year-old father-of-two took to Instagram to share a picture where he’s seen holding one of the newborn’s feet, with the caption reading “AEKO CATORI BROWN.”
The photo seems to be a continuation of others that Brown has been posting to his social media to hint at the arrival of the former couple’s first child together. Most notably, the photo that Brown posted on Nov. 20, which sparked reports of the baby’s birth.
Another photo posted just a day later featured Brown wearing a hoodie that read “BORN,” while a snap from Nov. 29 started speculation of the baby’s name when his jacket read “Roro & Aeko” — the first referring to Brown’s 5-year-old daughter, Royalty.
Brown’s most recent post was met with congratulations from followers, as well as questions about the pronunciation of his son’s name, which some clarified as “Echo.”
Harris re-posted the photo to her own Instagram story where she wrote, “Forever wont [sic] be enough with you.”
