Chloe Fineman is killing her critics with kindness. On Thursday, the Saturday Night Live star attended a screening of Megalopolis at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, where she stunned in a strapless Celine gown that was covered in red sequins and featured a mini cutout between the bodice and the skirt. She accessorized with a statement diamond necklace by Cartier, and styled her blonde bob in soft waves with a middle part.

However, not everyone was a fan of the look and they let their opinions be known in the comments section of the fashion account @checkthetag's post. "These pictures are weird. Her head looks too big for her body or something," one person wrote, while another agreed, "She’s a very beautiful woman, but this makes her look like a bobble head." Other rude comments about her outfit included: "This dress is giving us nothing" and "Very odd proportions here."

In response to her critics, Fineman penned the sweetest clap-back, maybe ever, writing: "No need to be so mean! Thank you ❤️.”

Fineman recently took a break from comedy to star in the sci-fi film Megalopolis alongside Adam Driver, Shia LaBeouf, Dustin Hoffman, Aubrey Plaza, and Nathalie Emmanuel. The movie, which was directed by Francis Ford Coppola and is described as "a Roman Epic fable set in an imagined modern America," follows architect Cesar Catalina (Driver) who "wants to rebuild New York City as a utopia following a devastating disaster." But his endeavors are challenged by corrupt mayor Franklyn Cicero (Giancarlo Esposito).
