‘CHiPs’ Star Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell Have a Hilariously Potty-Mouthed Toddler
CHiPs star Dax Shepard and wife Kristen Bell have had a little bit of an issue with a potty-mouthed toddler recently. On Tuesday, Shepard stopped by Ellen, where he not only talked about the extent to which his daughter uses a certain naughty word, he also copped to being the one responsible for it.
The whole thing started because Shepard wanted to keep light out of his daughter’s room so she’d sleep longer. To do this he’d put a towel under the door. One night, after putting her to bed, Shepard bent down to grab the towel and hit his head incredibly hard on a bookshelf. Shepard’s reaction was how his 3-year-old, Lincoln, learned the F word, and she didn’t wait long to start using it.
Just two days later, while having trouble removing a sweatshirt, Lincoln used the expletive. Then, later in the day at a pool party, she used it again while expressing surprise at the warmth of the pool water. But Shepard and Bell looked on the bright side: Lincoln’s syntax was spot-on.
