“Embrace the idyllic charm of small-town living in this McGregor treasure, renovated and designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines,” a description of the property reads.

The home, which is classified as a detached dwelling, features two updated homes that are currently operated as vacation rentals. According to Magnolia Realty, the listing perfectly blends historic character and modern luxury.

Fans of the Gaineses are more than likely already familiar with the newly listed abode.

Their Magnolia House has been featured throughout season three of HGTV’s hit series Fixer Upper as the couple worked to renovate the home, which was built in 1880.

“Take time to be refreshed and inspired with those you love in this historic home renovated, designed, and owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines,” the Airbnb listing states.

The home is “filled with original character and a welcoming ambiance, serving as a beautiful backdrop for your restful getaway,” the description continues.
