The 2023 Children’s & Family Emmy Awards were handed out on Sunday night in a ceremony hosted by Christopher Jackson (Hamilton, And Just Like That…) at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles.

Sesame Street and The Muppets Mayhem took home top honors for Outstanding Preschool Series and Outstanding Children’s or Family Viewing Series, respectively. Meanwhile, Apple TV+’s The Crossover walked away with a win for Outstanding Young Teen Series.

As far as cartoons go, StoryBots: Answer Time earned Outstanding Preschool Animated Series while Zootopia+ was recognized for the Children’s or Young Teen Animated Series category.

Earlier in the week on Friday, the Daytime Emmys were held, where General Hospital dominated. The ABC soap earned half a dozen wins, including Best Drama and both supporting actor categories. The Creative Arts ceremony was held shortly thereafter on Saturday afternoon, where dozens more trophies were handed out honoring The People’s Court, Italy Made With Love and more.
