Childish Gambino brings global tour to San Francisco

(KRON) – Childish Gambino, also known as Donald Glover, is coming to San Francisco for his “The New World Tour” this September.

Gambino released his album ATAVISTA on Monday. According to Gambino his latest release was the finished version of his album “3.15.20”, which was released four years ago before the pandemic. This album includes features from 21 Savage, Ink, Kadhja Bonet and Ariana Grande.

Gambino also declared on X that he would release a special vinyl with visuals for each song soon. The album’s single “Little Foot Big Foot” is available on YouTube. He also stated he will release a new album this summer.

The tour kicks off in Oklahoma City on Aug. 11. Gambino will take the Chase Center stage on September 21. “The New World Tour” has two Los Angeles dates, Sept. 18 and Sept. 19.

Tickets will be available at 10 a.m. on Friday on The New World Tour’s website.

Willow will be a special guest for the North American leg of the tour. Amaarae is confirmed as a supporting guest for Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
