‘Chicago P.D.’ First Look: Voight and Lindsay Have a Communication Breakdown

It’s been four months since the third season of Chicago P.D. ended with a killer cliffhanger, but the NBC police drama is finally back with answers to all of our burning questions. We last saw Sgt. Voight (Jason Beghe) at the silos confronting his son’s killer, and now he’s back to work investigating a victim who was wearing a CPD-issued wire at the time of his death.

In this exclusive first look at the Chicago P.D. Season 4 premiere, titled “The Silos,” there’s tension between Voight and Det. Lindsay (Sophia Bush) as he asks her how everything’s going. “You can talk to me about anything,” he tells her.

But Lindsay’s not talking, and neither of them are taking phone calls — at least not calls from Commander Crowley, anyway. One of them better pick up the phone soon, because somebody needs to open the lines of communication.

Season 4 of Chicago P.D. premieres Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 10 p.m. on NBC.
