Chic beach house redesigned by HGTV interior designer lists for $5 million in Florida
An absolutely stylish beach house with vivid ocean views has listed in Rosemary Beach, Florida, for $4.9 million.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house comes with a very chic pedigree too – it was redesigned by HGTV’s “Deserving Design” interior designer Vern Yip, who also bought the property as a vacation home in 2017 for $2.1 million, Realtor.com says.
Not only has it been accessed by professionals, it was also featured in the April/May 2022 edition of House Beautiful magazine, the listing on Realtor says.
Built in 2003, the 2,180-square-foot home is overflowing with style in both its main house and its comfortable carriage house.
According to the listing, the renovation includes:
New roof
Updated paint in the interior and exterior
New quartz countertops
Updated baths
Replaced furniture
New light fixtures
“The main house comfortably sleeps 12 with three bedrooms plus a spacious sleepover/entertainment room that sleeps six,” the listing describes.
“The carriage house with one-car garage on level one enjoys gulf views from its balcony and provides an autonomous guest suite with full kitchen, living, dining at the bar, bath and bedroom.”
Vip has starred in other home makeover shows, most notably “Trading Spaces,” according to IMDb.
