Chelsea Handler Calls Sean Spicer ‘So Stupid’ Following Hitler Comments

Sean Spicer made headlines on Tuesday when he compared Assad to Hitler. On Conan, Chelsea Handler candidly gave her thoughts on Spicer’s comments.

Conan revealed that Chelsea likes to watch Sean Spicer’s press conferences for entertainment, and Chelsea responded with, “Well, it’s just like, he’s so stupid!” Chelsea went on to explain that she thinks President Trump tells Spicer things like, “Say something about Hitler, and the Holocaust, say something about that,” right before he goes to the press conference. Those things then get stuck in Spicer’s head and come out randomly during the press conference.

Sean Spicer’s press conferences are so entertaining for Chelsea, that just watching them at home isn’t enough. Chelsea said, “I also wish I was in that press room so I could get up and be like, ‘How do you feel about working for this man who says one thing on Wednesday and another thing on Friday?’ and actually ask him questions that you can prove that he lied about.” Chelsea then added, “They ask him serious questions as if he’s got a f***ing answer!”

Conan airs weeknights at 11 p.m. on TBS.
