Chelsea Green has come a long way in three years.

On the November 13, 2020, episode of WWE SmackDown, Chelsea Green made her WWE SmackDown debut, and she suffered a broken wrist during the bout. WWE then released Green in a round of cuts in April 2021.

Green returned to IMPACT Wrestling and worked for ROH and NWA, among other companies until she signed with WWE again. At WWE Royal Rumble 2023, Green made her surprise return in the Women’s Royal Rumble, and she has been with the company ever since.

Green took to Twitter on November 14 and noted that it was roughly three years to the day that she broke her wrist on SmackDown. He wrote, “Never give up, never back down.”

Following her return to WWE, Chelsea Green won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Sonya Deville on the July 17 episode of WWE RAW. Deville went down with a torn ACL, and Green subsequently joined forces with Piper Niven. Now, the duo appears regularly on WWE RAW and SmackDown.
