Anne Burrell is feeling the love.

On Monday, the Food Network chef and her husband, Stuart Claxton, celebrated their second wedding anniversary. Burrell marked the special occasion with an Instagram post featuring highlights from their big day.

“Two years ago today I married my Prince Charming. Happy HAPPY anniversary my sweet, sweet @stuartclaxton !!! I love you to the moon and back. Here’s to 100 more!!!” she captioned the post, which also featured the hashtag “lucky girl.”

Claxton shared a loving sentiment for his bride in the comments section. “Such a beautiful day, I love you my sweet!! ❤️” he wrote.

Burrell’s carousel of photos showcased several heartwarming memories from their wedding, including a photo of the pair slicing into their massive cake. The six-tier confection was created by Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro. Half the tiers were zucchini cake, and the other half were olive oil-, lemon- and rosemary-flavored.

The couple, who are big N.Y. Rangers fans, celebrated their milestone day at a hockey game. "A PERFECT anniversary!!!!! A big FAT 'W' for MY @nyrangers with @stuartclaxton on opening night!!!!!! BOOM!! I cannot WAIT for the rest of the season!!" Burrell captioned another Instagram post of the two smiling at Madison Square Garden.

On Oct. 16, 2021, the couple tied the knot in a beautiful fall ceremony at Windridge Estates Redbarn 20 in Cazenovia, N.Y., Burrell's hometown.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE ahead of the big day, Burrell opened up about finally marrying after getting engaged in April 2020 while quarantining with her family and Claxton in Cazenovia.

"I can't believe it's really here. It's kind of surreal," she said at the time. "We feel so much love and support from everyone who's coming."

Burrell arrived down the aisle in a horse and carriage and was accompanied at the altar by four bridesmaids including her sister, Jane, and close friend, celebrity chef Rachael Ray. Claxton's best man was his son Javier from a previous marriage. (Burrell has never been married but was previously engaged to fellow chef Koren Grieveson in 2012.)

"I don't care about the cheese factor. Every time I mention the horse and carriage Stuart laughs a little bit," Burrell told PEOPLE before the wedding, "and I'm like, 'Alright, whatever. It's my moment and I mean to have it.' "

Burrell and Claxton met on the dating app Bumble in 2018. The celebrity chef opened up to PEOPLE about how they got engaged in April 2020.

"My mom and Stuart got together and made a plan where he and I were going to have a date night," Burrell said at the time. "She set up a beautiful table in her apartment and we just planned a dinner for the two of us. We were having a nice time, and Stuart then starts saying, 'Oh, this is a good song to put on a playlist for our wedding reception.' And I'm like, 'Okay, sure. But why are we talking about that now?'"

"We started talking about family and just how nice it was to be here with everyone, so I sort of started getting weepy already," she added. "Then Stuart pulls a ring out of his pants pocket and I was like, 'Oh my gosh, I can't believe this is even happening.'"

Burrell said they "both knew immediately" that they were right for each other the first time they met. "I don't know if we had both thought of marriage, but we both were like, 'Oh, yeah, this is something. This is really going to be real and this is going to turn into something,’” she said.
