Charlie Daniels, ‘The Devil Went Down to Georgia’ Singer, Dies at 83

Charlie Daniels, whose biggest hit is “The Devil Went Down to Georgia,” has died at the age of 83, SPIN has confirmed.

He died from a hemorrhagic stroke on Monday morning.

Funeral arrangements will be announced in the coming days.
