Boom, clap, the sound of … wedding bells? Charli XCX is engaged to George Daniel of The 1975, a match made in indie-pop heaven.

The news comes in the form of an Instagram post from the 31-year-old “Speed Drive” singer’s Instagram account, to which she shared a photo of a diamond engagement ring still in its box, presented on a tray in between two cups of tea. She also included a snap of her and the 33-year-old drummer exchanging a cinematic kiss, Charli wearing a white sundress.
