CHARLEVOIX — The highly-anticipated Charlevoix Circle of Arts exhibit "Celebrating Young Artistic Talent: Spotlight on Innovation" returns with an opening reception from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26.

The exhibition features the talents of local 11th and 12th grade students, with artwork on display from Jan. 26 through Feb. 24.

The popular annual showcase "highlights budding young artists, creative problem solvers, freethinkers, makers and creators of the future," according to the arts center.

Student scholarships and awards are provided in collaboration with Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University. In addition to an awards presentation, the opening reception will feature light refreshments and a performance by local high school rock band, The Lookout.
