Channing Tatum is praising his fiancée Zoë Kravitz over her upcoming directorial debut.

On Friday, Tatum, 43, shared a black-and-white snapshot of Kravitz, 35, on the set of their movie Blink Twice to Instagram. The image appears to show Kravitz giving direction to actors Naomi Ackie and Alia Shawkat, who costar in the upcoming movie with Tatum.

Tatum also shared a short clip showing himself, Kravitz and crew members on the film looking at a monitor during filming for one scene. "MISS DIRECTOR LADY HERSELF IN ACTION!! ABSOLUTELY CRUSHING IT," Tatum wrote in his all-caps caption to the post. "CAN’T WAIT FOR YALL TO SEE."

The actor's post came hours after news broke that the long-awaited movie has changed its title from Pussy Island to Blink Twice, as its distributor, Amazon MGM Studios, announced it will release in theaters Aug. 23, per Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter.

Tatum and Kravitz first sparked dating rumors in January 2021, and sources confirmed with PEOPLE the couple were dating in September of that year. They met when Kravitz reached out to Tatum to cast him in the film, as they both told Deadline in June 2021.

"When Zoë called me about this, I was shocked. I didn’t know her," he said at the time. "I’d watched her in movies, knew she produced High Fidelity and had seen that, but I didn’t know she was creating on a level like this, where she wanted to direct. This came out of nowhere and the subject matter made me say, wait, why are you thinking about me for this?"

The movie, which Kravitz co-wrote, follows a billionaire (Tatum) who invites friends to a mysterious private island, including a Los Angeles cocktail waitress played by Ackie.

"There is something wrong with this place," the film's logline reads, per THR. "She’ll have to uncover the truth if she wants to make it out of this party alive."

Multiple sources confirmed with PEOPLE that Tatum and Kravitz were engaged in October 2023 after Kravitz was photographed wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring as the couple left a Halloween party.

"He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and the exploration of why we do what we do," Kravitz said of her relationship with Tatum in GQ's 2022 Men of the Year issue. "We love to watch a film and break it down and talk about it and challenge each other."

Blink Twice is due in theaters Aug. 23.
