Chance the Rapper Holding Press Conference at Chicago Elementary School Today

After meeting with Illinois governor Bruce Rauner last week to discuss the city's public school system.

Chance the Rapper has announced that he is holding a press conference this afternoon (March 6) at 2 p.m. Central time at Wescott Elementary School, located at 409 W. 80th St. in Chicago. It will live stream on Chance's Instagram. He has not revealed what the press conference will be about, but last week, he met with Illinois governor Bruce Rauner to talk about the city’s public school system. Following the meeting, Chance told press that he felt “a little bit flustered, just a little bit frustrated.” He later tweeted, "Chicago Public Schools and I did not lose today. Please don't let that become the narrative. Monday morning I'll have a plan."

Chance is on tour this spring and summer.
