The wait is over, people: You can finally watch Challengers from home, just as the streaming gods intended. The tennis drama, starring Zendaya, Mike Faist, and Josh O’Connor, is officially available to rent on various streaming platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, YouTube, and Google Play.

At this point, everyone you know has probably asked if you've seen it. Since the film’s premiere on April 22, my X feed, Instagram, and group chats have spewed Challengers propaganda. When my roommate saw it without me (rude), she reported back with a glowing review: “Challengers is the best thing I’ve ever seen.” Just about everyone in my life—my girlfriend, my friends, and even my editor—said pretty much the same thing.

It makes sense. The Luca Guadagnino–directed film centers on Tashi Duncan (Zendaya), a tennis pro turned coach who signs up her husband, Art Donaldson (Faist), for a challengers match. He’s a top-tier player, but he’s on a losing streak—and she thinks a low-level game will boost his confidence. To their surprise, his opponent is Patrick Zweig (O’Connor), his former best friend and Tashi’s ex-boyfriend.

If you’re more old-school, you can save your $19.99 and spend it at the theater instead. Challengers is still on the big screen. Honestly? That’s perfect. Movies like these—aka horny and ambiguous—are best paired with overpriced popcorn and a soda cup as big as your head. If you want in on the action, I suggest finding a showtime at your local theater.

However, if you prefer to watch Challengers at home and don’t want to use too much of your hard-earned cash, sit tight. It’s an MGM production, which means it will eventually be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video with a subscription. Before long, you’ll be cozied up on the couch, yelling at three unusually attractive athletes to just kiss already.

Until then, you can learn more about Challengers here, or cheat the system entirely and read about the ending. And since you’re asking: I finally saw it myself, and yeah—it is that good.
