The Challenge: Spies, Lies and Allies Reveals Cast and Premiere Date — View Photos and Watch Season 37 Trailer

MTV’s The Challenge will soon be back for more grueling battles and probably-literal bloodshed… and it just may be the agents’ gnarliest season yet.

Officially titled Spies, Lies and Allies, Season 37 is set to premiere Wednesday, Aug. 11 at 8/7c. “Set in the picturesque Mediterranean coast of Croatia, elite U.S. Agents join forces with an assortment of International Operatives, all armed with killer competitive instincts,” reads the official description. “With the assignment constantly evolving, these agents will be tested both mentally and physically to win their share of $1M in this epic new chapter of The Challenge spy games.”

In addition, the show released its official trailer for the 19-episode season (embedded above) as well as the full cast list of veterans and rookies (photos below) who will be going head-to-head for their share of that monster prize money. Included are not one, but two former Survivor winners, a pair of international Big Brother houseguests, and of course, two of the franchise’s most infamous victors: Ashley “Millionaire” Mitchell and CT Tamburello.

If that wasn’t enough Challenge to chew on, viewers can size up the newbies during The Challenge Spies, Lies and Allies: Global Activation, a special airing Monday, Aug. 9 at 8 pm. Plus, fan favorite vets Tori Deal and Aneesa Ferreira will once again be hosting MTV’s Official Challenge Podcast (beginning Thursday, Aug. 12), where they’ll dish on the season’s biggest drama, alliances, feuds and so much more.
