Chad Michael Murray is moving from One Tree Hill to Windmill Way.

In the new movie Christmas on Windmill Way on Great American Family, the actor behind the beloved teen drama's Lucas Scott gets in the holiday spirit alongside Christa Taylor Brown. EW has an exclusive first look at the trailer (above).

The holiday movie finds Mia Meijer (Taylor Brown) crossing paths with Brady Schaltz (Murray) on a tour of her family-owned sawmill. After a tense encounter, Mia reveals that she and Brady dated in high school — and that he broke up with her just before prom.

From there, we learn that Mia’s grandmother sold the deed to the family windmill — and that Brady is the property developer overseeing its demolition. "The windmill is the heart and soul of this town," Mia says. "I truly underestimated the love for this mill," Brady responds after learning about a petition to save the building.

"You know, you still have the same passion and determination you’ve had since high school," Brady tells Mia. "Do you ever wonder how things would’ve been if we’d stayed together?"

We also see glimpses of a holiday bake-off competition, Mia’s family, a heated game of cornhole, and the lead couple slow dancing.

"Maybe the mill will get its Christmas miracle after all," Mia says at the end of the trailer.

Christmas on Windmill Way premieres Saturday, Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Great American Family. Watch the full trailer above.
