Aaron Spelling

Aaron Spelling is a television icon. He produced dozens of television shows, including Charlie’s Angels, Dynasty, and Beverly Hills, 90210. When Spelling passed away in June 2006, his net worth was estimated to be $600 million. The heirs to Spelling’s fortune were his wife Candy, and children Tori and Randy. Instead of inheriting a bulk of her father’s estate, Tori along with her brother Randy only received $800,000 each. Tori was estranged from her family around the time of her father’s death, which may have played a part in her low inheritance. In recent years, Tori and her husband Dean McDermott have faced financial troubles, leaving many to speculate on what she did with her inheritance.

Joan Crawford

Joan Crawford was one of the most talented and glamorous actresses of the 1930s. She won an Oscar for her role in the 1945 movie Mildred Pierce. By the 1960s, her acting career had begun to slow down. In May 1977, the actress passed away at the age of 73. Days later her four adopted children gathered for the will reading. Joan had an estate estimated at $2 million dollars, but only her youngest children Cathy and Cindy inherited anything. Her eldest children Christina and Christopher were left out of the will for reasons Joan said they knew. A year later, Christina would release the book Mommie Dearest, in which she claimed Crawford abused her.

Tony Curtis

Tony Curtis was a popular actor in the 1950s. Roles in Houdini and Some Like It Hot helped make his career a success. He would continue acting up until the early 2000s with guest appearances in television shows. In September 2010, the actor passed away at the age of 85. His estate was estimated to be worth $60 million. Curtis had six children, including actress Jamie Lee. However, none of his children were included in the will. The majority of his estate was left to his sixth wife Jill Vandenberg.
