‘Celebrity Wheel of Fortune’ Fans Can't Believe Krysten Ritter's Travis Kelce Blunder

With Travis Kelce gaining massive amounts of media attention over the last year, you'd be surprised to learn some people have no idea who he is. Turns out there are a few out there, and they have their own Hollywood status as well.

During the May 6 episode of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, viewers saw stars Krysten Ritter, Sarah Levy and Christian Siriano play the famous game in order to win money for their respective charities. Per TV Insider, as the trio attempted to figure out a puzzle in the "Family" category, fans were stunned to see the group stumped over guessing Travis and his older brother Jason. While Sarah and Christian were heard whispering to each other how they didn't know who they were, Krysten (who had control of the wheel) managed to guess her way through the entire alphabet in order to spell the NFL stars' names.

"We will take that," host Pat Sajak told the actress after she attempted to pronounce the Kelce brothers' names, per the outlet.

"I don't know who they are," she replied.

As for Sarah and Christian's reasons for not knowing who Travis and Jason were, Sarah responded with, "They're football players." Christian explained his lack of Kelce knowledge by simply stating, "I make clothes for a living."

When fans caught wind of the entire exchange on TV, it didn't take long for them to hit social media with surprise over not recognizing Travis or Jason.

"#celebritywheeloffortune they had no idea who Travis and Jason Kelce are and I’m dying at how lost they were 😂😂😂," one person cracked up on X (formerly Twitter). "But also- watching celebrity Wheel of Fortune and I just want to know what rocks these celebrities are living under," a different viewer added.

Although Sarah, Christian and Krysten had no idea who Travis and Jason were, Travis is about to make a splash in the world of game show television. According to an April report from People, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is set to host a new series called Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?, a spinoff series of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? that will stream on Amazon Prime Video.
