On Dec 3, Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds announced on social media that they have ended their engagement.

"To EVERYONE who has been there for us, supported us, and shown us love...We have mutually decided that it is best for us to move forward in life AS FRIENDS and have made this decision with love in our hearts, respect for each other, and appreciation for the time we've shared together," the pair wrote in a joint statement on her Instagram page.

Hugh Jackman and Deborra-lee Jackman

Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-lee amicably ended their marriage after 27 years.

The couple said in a statement exclusively shared with PEOPLE: "We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage. Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth."

"Our family has been and always will be our highest priority. We undertake this next chapter with gratitude, love, and kindness. We greatly appreciate your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition in all of our lives."

The statement, signed “Deb and Hugh Jackman," concluded: "This is the sole statement either of us will make."

Jeannie Mai Jenkins and Jeezy

Jeezy and Jeannie Mai Jenkins are no longer together.

The rapper filed for divorce from The Real host on Sept. 14 in Atlanta, Georgia, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. The couple were married for two-and-a-half years and had a prenuptial agreement in place.

Jeezy's filing said the former couple are "currently living in a bona fide state of separation," and that their marriage is "irretrievably broken" with "no hope for reconciliation."

The document also said that the rapper wants to share joint legal custody of the pair's daughter.

Tracy Tutor and Erik Anderson

Tracy Tutor and Erik Anderson are on a  “break” after three-and-a-half years together. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star revealed the news on SiriusXM Jeff Lewis Live, and opened up about how she's been doing since separating from the celebrity trainer.

Khadijah Haqq and Bobby McCray

Khadijah Haqq and Bobby McCray decided to end their marriage. The Sky High actress announced her separation from the former NFL player on Instagram on Aug. 18.

In her statement, Haqq wrote, "Now more than ever I have been relying on prayer."

"Family is so important to me. Unfortunately, life has brought me to tremendous transition," Haqq continued in part. "After 13 years of marriage, 16 years together and 4 incredible children, I have come to the intensely difficult conclusion that while Bobby & I have a great deal of love for one [another], it's best we move forward separately."

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari went their separate ways after 14 months of marriage, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE on Aug. 16. Later that day, a source told PEOPLE that Asghari filed for divorce from the singer.

Corey Feldman and Courtney Anne

Corey Feldman announced his separation from Courtney Anne Mitchell, his wife of seven years, amid her ongoing health conditions.

The actor and musician said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE on August 8 that his announcement of the news is “with great sadness” that the two are separating “after many wonderful years together.”

“We have been through so much together and still have much love and respect for each other,” Feldman said. “There is no one to blame. This is a case of life becoming really hard, Courtney dealing with health issues, and two people who have grown apart and now find themselves at a crossroads."

They concluded the lengthy message by reflecting on the time they spent together. "We are beyond thankful for the memories made together, and for your support of us and the boys throughout the years. We don’t know what the future holds so please try to hold space for us in your hearts," they finished, signing the post, "Kaitlyn and Jason."

Sophia Bush and Grant Hughes

Sophia Bush filed for divorce from Grant Hughes on Aug. 4 after 13 months of marriage.

“Sophia and Grant were friends for 10 years and bonded during COVID through their love of community service,” a source close to the couple exclusively told PEOPLE. “They continue to run their nonprofit together and remain good friends.”

The news came seven weeks after Bush celebrated their wedding anniversary in a post on Instagram.

Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro

Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro went their separate ways, PEOPLE confirmed at the end of July.

The couple, who announced their engagement in March, broke up after more than three years together. Sources said that despite the love and respect the singers have for one another, they both agreed to end their engagement.

After nearly 12 years of marriage, Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann is reportedly over.

The pair's date of separation has been listed as April 30, per court documents obtained by TMZ. In the filing, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star described her marriage as "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation." Zolciak-Biermann is seeking primary physical custody of their children and joint legal custody; she has also asked for spousal support and the restoration of her maiden name.

Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner

Christine Baumgartner has filed for divorce from Kevin Costner after 18 years of marriage. PEOPLE confirmed news of their split in May.

In a statement to PEOPLE, Costner's representative said, "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action."

"We ask that his, Christine's, and their children's privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time," the rep added.

Alex Pettyfer and Toni Garrn

Model Toni Garrn announced in an Instagram Story post on April 22 that she and actor Alex Pettyfer were divorcing after two years of marriage.

"Alex and I have made the very difficult decision to divorce," Garrn began her statement.

"We will continue our relationship as friends and co-parents to our angel Luca," she continued, referring to the pair's daughter, whom they welcomed in July 2021.

"Please respect our privacy during this sensitive time," Garrn concluded. "Thank you."

Shannen Doherty and Kurt Iswarienko

Shannen Doherty and Kurt Iswarienko went their separate ways after 11 years of marriage. The Charmed alum filed for divorce from Iswarienko on April 21.

"Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted," Doherty's rep, Leslie Sloane, told PEOPLE in a statement. "Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option."

As for the cause of the divorce, Sloane referred questions to Iswarienko's agent, whom she hinted was "intimately involved" with the specifics.

The Great actress confirmed in an interview with Harper's Bazaar U.K. in April that she is single, as the magazine revealed she and her Handmaid's Tale actor boyfriend ended their longterm relationship.

The Captain Marvel star confirmed her split from the virtual reality director while speaking with Harper's Bazaar for the publication's April issue.

Eva Marcille and Michael Sterling

Eva Marcille and Michael Sterling called it quits after four years of marriage. They share three children.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed for divorce from the lawyer on March 23, stating that their marriage is "irretrievably broken," according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

"This has been one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make, but sometimes life takes your journey in a direction you were not expecting," Marcille told PEOPLE exclusively. "Our children remain our biggest priority and the eight and half years we have spent together will always be cherished. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

The pair married on Oct. 7, 2018, and "are currently living in a bona fide state of separation," Marcille's attorneys wrote in the filing.

Joanna Krupa and Douglas Nunes

Joanna Krupa and husband Douglas Nunes are going their separate ways after nearly five years of marriage. The pair wed in July 2018 and share 3-year-old daughter Asha-Leigh.

Nunes filed for divorce in Los Angeles on March 24, according to papers obtained by PEOPLE. In the the documents, he cites their separation date at Jan. 2, 2023. He lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorce.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth announced their "difficult decision" to divorce after 11 years of marriage.

The Oscar winner and her talent-agent husband announced the news in a joint Instagram statement on March 24, days before their 12-year wedding anniversary on Sunday.

"We have some personal news to share... It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce," they said in part. "We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together."

Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman

Amy Slaton and her husband Michael Halterman called it quits in March 2023 after four years of marriage.

Halterman filed for divorce from his 1000-Lb Sisters star wife in Kentucky, according to court documents.

The couple's relationship, and birth of their two children sons Gage, 2 and Glenn, 8 months, was regularly featured on Slaton's reality series, which followed her and her sister Tammy's weight loss stories.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix

After nine years together, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix called it quits in March 2023.

A source told PEOPLE that Madix initiated the split after discovering that Sandoval allegedly cheated on her with costar Raquel Leviss.

"They had been having problems for a while, but this was the final straw for Ariana," the insider said. "She put up with a lot over the years, but she won't sit back and be disrespected this way."

Kellyanne Conway and George Conway

Kellyanne Conway and her husband, George Conway, announced in early March 2023 that they are getting a divorce.

"Love is a beautiful thing," Pittman said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE after nine years of marriage. "Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to move on to our next chapters, independent of each other. Drew and I have decided to file for divorce. Less than a year after getting engaged, Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun have decided to end their relationship, PEOPLE confirmed Feb. 21.

"Avril and Mod Sun have been on and off for the past two months, but are no longer together as a couple," an insider told PEOPLE.

The pop-rock musicians met in January 2021 and released a collaborative single titled "Flames" the same month. They were first romantically linked the following month and got engaged in April 2022.

Ahead of their split announcement, TMZ published photos of the "Girlfriend" singer-songwriter hugging rapper Tyga after having a meal at Nobu restaurant together. The images sparked dating rumors between the two musicians, but a source told PEOPLE: "Avril and Tyga are genuinely friends and nothing more. There was absolutely no third party involved in the split."

After almost 14 years of marriage, Fox News' Julie Banderas announced on live TV that she and her husband, financial advisor Andrew Sansone, are getting divorced.

While appearing on conservative talk show Gutfeld! on Feb. 9, she was asked by host Greg Gutfeld if she was going to get anything special for Valentine's Day.

Banderas said flatly, "F--- Valentine's Day," adding: "It's stupid. I mean, even when I was married, I didn't get s---."

She then revealed: "I'm getting a divorce. I am going to go ahead and say it right here for the very first time."

Banderas, who shares three children with Sansone, hinted as far back as December that there was trouble in their marriage, tweeting "you mean soon to be ex?" when a fan referenced her husband.

Shannon Beador and John Janssen

After three and a half years of dating, Shannon Storms Beador told PEOPLE in January that she and John Janssen ended their relationship over a month ago.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star said that she "was blindsided by the breakup" after her then-boyfriend pulled the plug on their pairing in late November. The news came just a week after filming wrapped on season 17 of the hit Bravo series, on which Beador has been a full-time cast member for the past nine seasons.

DeAnna Pappas Stagliano and Stephen Stagliano

The former Bachelorette and her husband are calling it quits after more than a decade of marriage. The pair wed in October 2011 (and met through his twin brother, a onetime Bachelorette contestant, though not on her season) and share two children: Addison, 8, and Austin, 6.

Noel Gallagher and Sara MacDonald

After 12 years of marriage, Noel Gallagher and Sara MacDonald revealed to PEOPLE in a statement on Jan. 16 that they are getting a divorce.

"Noel and Sara will together continue to look after their children who remain their priority," a spokesperson said of the former Oasis member and MacDonald — who share sons Donovan, 15, and Sonny, 12 .

Corinne Olympios and Jerry Morris

After dating since June 2022, Bachelor alum Corinne Olympios and music manager Jerry Morris suddenly split in January. A source revealed to Entertainment Tonight on Jan. 12 that "trust issues" were behind the sudden breakup.

"Corinne Olympios and Jerry Morris have broken up due to their busy careers and trust issues. The breakup happened rather suddenly and friends of the couple were surprised to hear the news," the source told the outlet.

Ashley Darby and Luke Gulbranson

After two and a half months of dating, The Real Housewives of Potomac's Ashley Darby and Summer House's Luke Gulbranson broke up.

Ashley — who is currently going through a divorce from Michael Darby — announced her latest breakup news during the Jan. 8 episode of Watch What Happens Live.

The Real Housewives star revealed that her "complicated" life and the "difficult situation" that she was going through was the cause behind their split.

She noted that Luke was "a trooper" who "went through some things," but ultimately co-parenting sons Dean, 3, and Dylan, 21 months, with her ex-husband was too hard on their romance.

"It was my situation with Michael that affected Luke and I," she explained.
