Celebrate The Last Jedi with some Star Wars gaming deals and new content


Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now out in theaters. Many of you will be coming home with a hunger for more Star Wars. Luckily, you’ll be able to find a lot of new content for current games and some deals on the classics.

The Last Jedi characters have invaded Star Wars’ mobile efforts. You can now unlock Finn, Rose, Hux, Terex, and more in games like the strategy-based Commander, the card-based hero brawler Force Arena, and the role-playing game Galaxy of Heroes.

Apple is also holding some specials on its Star Wars. The classic RPG Knights of the Old Republic is on sale for 50 percent off, so you can grab it for $5. Apple is also hosting 25 percent off from in-app purchases on select games, including Galaxy of Heroes and Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. In-app purchases for Star Wars Pinball and Force Collection are 50 percent off.

Google Play is hosting 50 percent off in-app purchases in Star Wars: Card Trader. You can also get 50 percent off four card packs in Star Wars: Force Collection.

On the PC side, Steam is hosting a big Star Wars sale. All the games in the X-wing series of starfighter simulators are 60 percent off. Other classics like, Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and Republic Commando, are 66 percent off.

Humble Bundle is hosting its own Star Wars sale with many games also discounted at 60 and 66 percent off. The same goes for GOG, so you have plenty of choices for your PC Star Wars shopping.

And if you’re looking for a newer PC/console Star Wars experience, Battlefront II’s The Last Jedi update is now available.

So, even on a small budget, you can have an easy time making your Star Wars glee last long after you get home from the theater.
