Romance in the Rocky’s!

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas returned to the scenic spot in Aspen, CO where he proposed almost 16 years ago, and the actress shared the moment via Instagram.

“16 years ago, this was the spot where my husband proposed,” the actress, 46, captioned a photograph showing the happy couple posing against a picturesque Rocky Mountain backdrop.

In another photo posted a short time later, Zeta-Jones is pictured wearing her skis on the slope. “Just loving these conditions and my Pucci ski pants!!!” she captioned the post.

The happy couple have been sharing snapshots from their romantic spring break getaway to Aspen this week on their respective Facebook and Instagram accounts, and seem to be having a blast hitting the slopes in the sunny weather.

Zeta-Jones and Douglas’ marriage has been going strong after the pair split briefly in 2013, and at a recent AARP movie awards, the actor dished on how they’re relationship recovered.

“I think it’s just moment to moment,” Douglas said about marriage. “Catherine reminds me, I like to say sometimes, we all make more efforts to strangers than we do to the people closest to us.”

He added, “I think love, without getting too corny, nourishing each other, working at relationships, good sustenance, good food, good kids, all kind of a combination.”
