Catherine Lowe pulled off a "mega surprise" for her husband Sean Lowe to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary!

On Sunday, The Bachelor alum, 37, took fans behind the scenes as she prepared to reveal to Sean the special outing she had planned for the occasion.

"The day after our 10 year wedding anniversary was supposed to be a regular day," she began the video shared on Instagram, which showed Sean, 40, pulling into the driveway in his truck after a gym session.

He seemed surprised to see that the couple's three kids — sons Samuel and Isaiah and daughter Mia — were being picked up by a family member. "What the heck! I thought we were having a relaxing Saturday?" he asked Catherine.

The video then cut to Catherine explaining what was about to unfold. "Sean Lowe doesn't like surprises. I've never attempted a surprise because he is not a big fan," she said, jokingly adding, "Too bad, honey, it's happening."

"I have a mega surprise planned for our anniversary," she continued. "I'm very excited. This is very us."

The next clip showed the couple in the car, with Catherine behind the wheel and Sean in the passenger seat, holding his wife's purse on his lap. Catherine told her husband to guess where they were going.

"Bowling?" he asked, prompting Catherine to explain, "Because I wore SOCKS in winter."

He then guessed a shopping excursion, quipping, "You know I love a good crowded mall on a Saturday."

Finally, they arrived at the movies, where Catherine had rented out an entire theater for a private showing of Oppenheimer, which she explained Sean's "been wanting to see."

"Not as expensive as you think — or what he was thinking when he walked in and saw an empty theater 🤣," she wrote in text over the footage.

The video ended with Catherine wishing her "love" Sean a happy anniversary.

"I was so excited to surprise this old man," she captioned the post.

On the couple's actual anniversary on Friday, Catherine shared a sweet Instagram tribute to Sean, whom she met and fall in love with on season 17 of The Bachelor in 2013.

10. YEARS. This man and what he has brought to my life are the absolute best things I could have ever dreamt of," she wrote alongside a carousel of photos from their wedding day. "Ten years of not always wedded bliss, but more than that. The reality of a marriage — a partnership of ups and downs, where you choose each other every day, we get to do it together."

Sean marked the occasion on his own Instagram page by posting a video of the couple kissing before the camera panned to reveal their son Samuel reacting to his parents' show of affection by putting his head down and covering his ears.

"I’m sure I could put together a better reel but I like this one. This was yesterday and it perfectly encapsulates our marriage. Just two 'young' kids in love grossing out our seven year old by kissing in front of him," Sean wrote in the caption.

"I married this babe 10 years ago," he continued. "God knew exactly what he was doing even if we didn’t. He blessed me with the best wife, best friend, and best mother to my children I could have ever asked for. I don’t deserve her but the cool thing about marriage is she’s stuck with me now."
