‘Castle Rock’ Gets Premiere Date On Hulu; Unveils New Teaser Featuring Bill Skarsgård & Andre Holland

Hulu has slotted July 25 for the premiere of its new psychological-horror drama series Castle Rock from J.J. Abrams and Stephen King, and unveiled a spooky new teaser.

“I fear for this place.” So begins the voiceover delivered by Lost alum Terry O’Quinn, in which he describes the “original sin” of Castle Rock. In it we see Henry (Andre Holland) returning to Castle Rock, unsettled by the place he once called home and the first glimpse of Bill Skarsgård.

The original story combines the storytelling of King’s best-loved works, played out on a few square miles of Maine woodland. The series also stars Melanie Lynskey, Sissy Spacek, Jane Levy and Scott Glenn.

Sam Shaw & Dustin Thomason developed the project for television and serve as executive producers along with J.J. Abrams, Ben Stephenson and Liz Glotzer. Castle Rock hails from Bad Robot Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Hulu will drop the first three episodes on July 25.
