When asked about something she would never do again, the Bitch Sesh podcast co-host admitted, “Botox.”

“I once got it and it paralyzed half my face and I had a half smile,” explained Wilson, 38. “My new smile was like I had a secret. Just for three months and then it went away.”

Despite the temporary paralyzation, Wilson, who also reveals that 90 Day Fiancé is her guilty pleasure — “These poor people are at their spiritual rock bottom, and unfortunately that’s enjoyable to watch,” she said — wouldn’t saying no to the filler in the future.

“Just kidding, I’ll probably do it again,” said mother of two Wilson, who shares sons Henry Bear, 20 months, and Max Red, 3, with husband David Caspe.

And Wilson’s hero is among those who have had their face rejuvenated: Dolly Parton!

“She’s had her face rejuvenated on a number of occasions, [but] not a full face-lift,” the country music legend’s plastic surgeon Dr. John Grossman told PEOPLE in 2003. He added, that Parton is “genetically gifted. Her skin is beautiful. In the South, getting a tan was a sign that you had to work in the fields, so she never went in the sun. She’s pretty, but even pretty people age.”

He “does all my fender work,” Parton, 73, joked at the time.

As to why Wilson admires Parton, the actress said, “She’s so winning and smart and doesn’t take herself seriously.”
