Carrie Underwood has opened up about pinging back into shape for the second time – the "American Idol" winner is a mother of two, having welcomed her first son Isaiah four years ago and her second son, Jacob, in January.

“After having my first kid, I felt like I bounced back fast. And then with Jake, it was like my body took a minute to get back to me. It was frustrating, because I’m like, ‘Why wasn’t it like the first time?’" Carrie revealed.

Carrie's world-famous legs are almost up there with her powerful voice. The mother of two is renowned for her super-firm, super-toned, and super-shapely legs, with enough of those thigh-skimming miniskirts on-stage showing them off this year. Carrie has spent much of the latter part of 2019 traversing the U.S. on her "Cry Pretty 360" tour.

While other starlets will brave daring necklines, Carrie seems to stick to flaunting her most famous asset. That pair of killer pins are now somewhat of Carrie's trademark, and they definitely cause a stir over on the star's Instagram.

A 'Shifted Mindset'

Carrie's words continued by seeing the singer reveal that with time comes perspective.

“But I’m four years older. That also helped me shift my mindset — I’m still working hard, wanting to be the best me possible, but cutting myself slack and just thinking, ‘Be kind to yourself.’ It’s amazing what we [women] do to ourselves. We’re probably all our toughest critics," Carrie said.

Carrie did reveal that she'd be indulging over Thanksgiving this year.

"We try to be together, but sometimes that just doesn’t work out. But I think it’s just about we eat. I eat a lot every year on Thanksgiving."

Carrie's main career may still encompass her best-selling music, but the famous blonde has a side gig. Carrie is CEO of her Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line, with fans generally proving to love the merch for its quality (and the brand's famous boss).

Carrie is seen pushing herself to the limits over on Calia by Carrie's Instagram as she promotes the brand's trendy marbled leggings and yoga pants. Well, this girl does come with fantastic legs.

Not A Fan Of The Phrase 'Cheat Days'

Cheat days. We hear it from Kim Kardashian as she heads to McDonald's. We even hear it from Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as he shares his late-night sushi and cookie mega-feasts.

Carrie Underwood? She's not a fan.

“I don’t like to call them ‘cheat days’ — you’re just enjoying life,” she outlined.

“I feel like holiday time can be stressful when it comes to health and fitness, but it doesn’t have to be. You can just say, ‘I’m going to enjoy myself on the holidays,'" Underwood added.

Holidays Are For Food

Carrie wrapped up the holiday talk by reminding her fans that Christmas is about the food, the fun, and leaving the training until after New Year's.

“It’s all about friends and family and food and parties, and indulging responsibly. And when New Year’s is over, get back on the horse. It’s like, ‘Okay, I’ve had my holiday fun. Now it’s time to get back on my path.'"

Well, #staythepath is the hashtag used by Calia by Carrie. That killer body would look incredible even if Christmas came twice this year, though.
