Carrie Underwood is assuring fans that she's "doing great" after suffering a "hard fall" at her home last Friday.

The country music superstar took to Twitter on Wednesday to reveal that she underwent surgery on her broken wrist and thanked everyone for their support and well wishes.

"I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing great," Underwood tweeted. "Had surgery on my wrist yesterday & all went well."

"I'll be setting off airport metal detectors from now on," she jokingly added. "I'm so thankful for the doctors, nurses, family & friends who've been taking such great care of me."

The update comes three days after Underwood's rep revealed her scary fall to the press.

"On Friday night, Carrie Underwood took a hard fall on some steps outside her home," her rep said in the statement. "While there were no life-threatening injuries, she was taken to the hospital to be treated. She sustained multiple injuries including a broken wrist and some cuts and abrasions from the fall."

The health scare happened just days after the "Before He Cheats" hitmaker co-hosted the 2017 CMA Awards alongside Brad Paisley. It was the pair's 10th consecutive time hosting country music's most prestigious awards show. Throughout the ceremony, Underwood rocked 13 different outfits, some of which you can see in the gallery below:
