Caroline Stanbury Shows Her Sweet Birthday Surprise from Sergio Carrallo

Caroline Stanbury and her husband, Sergio Carrallo, have had a lot to celebrate lately. The couple tied the knot in December during a lavish wedding ceremony, and more recently, Caroline feted another year around the sun. Of course, Sergio knew just how to make her birthday extra special.
In an April 29 Instagram, The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member showed off one of the "best moments" from the celebration. In the clip, she opened a door into a room filled with festive decor. Pink balloons spelled out sweet messages like "HBD Caroline" and "love.” There were also heart-shaped balloons, a bouquet of flowers, and a chilled bottle of champagne for the occasion.
Caroline continued down a hallway lined with balloons and white rose petals as she made her way into a bedroom. Large pink hearts floated above the bed, while metallic balloons were styled into a gorgeous bouquet. In the corner of the room, there was a stunning vase filled with white flowers.
"Some of the best moments in life are the ones you can’t tell anyone about," she captioned her clip, tagging Sergio and adding the hashtags "special moments," "surprise," and "happy birthday to me."
One day earlier, Caroline shared a sweet message on Instagram. "Honestly could not feel any luckier right now all I could wish for is in this house," she wrote. "46 feels amazing."
