Carl Weathers had $815,000 in assets when he died Feb. 2 at age 76, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The Rocky and Predator actor, whose official cause of death was “atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease," had a living trust which is the beneficiary of the estate. The beneficiaries of the trust are confidential, according to Weathers’ lawyer, Charles Meyer.

In Weathers’ will, which was first signed in 1988 and updated with a codicil in 1994, he bequeathed all his personal belongings to his now-adult sons Matthew and Jason.

“I give all of my jewelry, art objects, clothing, personal automobiles, club memberships, boats and recreational vehicles, and other tangible articles of a personal nature” to Matthew and Jason, according to the documents.

The documents also list his ex-wives Mary Ann and Rhona Unsell.

The documents were attached to a petition for probate filed by Weathers’ attorney in California Superior Court March 20, a routine legal move allowing him to settle the estate.
