Carl Radke Asked Lindsay Hubbard’s Ex Everett Weston About ‘Similar’ Issues
Summer House Season 8 has been all about peeling the onion that was the relationship between Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard. The reality TV stars spent most of Season 7 defending their relationship from naysayers.
And after calling off their wedding in real time, fans can watch the relationship’s demise as captured for the hit reality TV show. It’s car crash television, and we simply cannot look away.
Carl called her concern about profession and finances a “Lindsay thing”
In addition, Carl and Lindsay are reacting to the footage during the Summer House After Show. And the Loverboy employee revealed that he went digging for information on his ex-fiancée, right to the source.
On the April 25 episode of the Summer House After Show, Carl had a rebuttal for Lindsay’s concerns about his financial success that came up in recent episodes of the hit reality TV show.
“Finances were definitely a big part of our, I think, just not seeing eye to eye,” Carl explained. “Luckily, because of my sobriety, I’ve saved a lot of money in the last few years. I’m in a much healthier place financially. I have no debt. So, her financial framing of me not having stability or not thinking about the future for us just feels very, very strange.”
The sober reality TV star then told producers that he reached out to Lindsay’s ex-boyfriend, Everett Weston. The former publicist was dating Everett when Summer House first aired.
“I reflect on Lindsay’s past relationships with others and their jobs,” Carl explained. “I’ve spoken to Everett a lot since this whole thing went down and [we had] very similar themes and commonalities in the job stuff and career and money.”
“I’ve gathered that also from some of her other exes,” he stated. “So I don’t know if this is necessarily a Carl thing. I think it’s a Lindsay thing.”
Talking to Lindsay’s execs may not be great optics, but it’s served some sort of purpose in Carl’s redemption.
Were Everett’s career choices underwhelming for Lindsay? He co-founded Operation: Heal Our Heroes (HOH), which is a non-profit directing resources to veteran’s mental health and awareness. He and wife Courtney married in April 2023, and are expecting their first child.
