Cardi B and Offset Make Their Reunion Red Carpet-Official at the Grammys — with Tongue!

Cardi B and Offset are getting tongue-tied!

Two months after news that the pair had called it quits amid a cheating scandal — only to reunite repeatedly, including in Atlanta during the Super Bowl — Cardi and Offset made their reconciliation red carpet-official at Sunday’s Grammy Awards.

Cardi, 26, and Offset, 27, posed for photographers before leaning in to share a lick. (A lick, not a kiss.)

In one of the photos, Cardi — who wore a show-stopping pink and black Mugler design with an elaborate waistline and pearls wrapped around her neck and hair — held Offset’s hands and leaned in toward him to touch tongues.

Another pic featured Cardi grabbing the Migos rapper’s face and holding it against hers for an even longer and more intimate moment.

Then, during Cardi’s twerk-tastic performance of her new single “Money,” the camera panned to Offset — who playfully stuck his tongue out once more!

Their official red carpet reunion comes about a week after Cardi told PEOPLE that her marriage with Offset was “a personal thing.”

Asked about the intense social media speculation over their coupling, the “I Like It” singer said then: “I feel like we just really are a very regular couple.”

“We just do regular things,” Cardi continued. “I just feel like: We’re famous … we’re really popular right now — I just don’t know the obsession, like I feel like everything we do is a big deal. Even before the bad scandals, just from the first time they seen us together, it was just like this big crazy deal.”

“My relationship — my marriage — is not for them,” said Cardi, who shares 6-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari with Offset. “It’s not for them.”

Still, she said, they are “just taking things slow. We have a baby right now. That’s like our real big focus.”

“I hang out with him, I talk to him every day and we do our thing,” Cardi said of Offset. “It’s just like — to make things perfect … it takes time. You know, f—ing and hanging out doesn’t mean that you guys are on like a perfect note, it takes time. It takes time. And it’s a marriage and there’s a child involved and family involved.”

The pair, who began dating in 2017 and secretly wed that September, actually a month before he proposed to her at a concert in Philadelphia, fended off mounting rumors that Offset was unfaithful before Cardi said in December they had split.

“We are really good friends and we are really good business partners — you know he’s always somebody that I run to talk to, and we got a lot of love for each other — but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.

For his part, Offset alluded to the cheating allegations in a lengthy Instagram post of his own later in December, writing: “I was partaking in activity that I shouldn’t have been partaking in, and I apologize. You know what I’m saying? For breaking your heart, for breaking our promise, for breaking God’s promise and being a selfish, messed up husband.”

By the end of January, however, Cardi was teasing that they were trying to solve their problems. “We working things out, baby,” she told reporters in New York City.

A source close to the couple later told PEOPLE that Offset “has been pursuing her hard and trying to convince her to get back together with him since the day they split.”

He also vowed he’d “behave,” the source said.

Cardi is set to perform at the Grammy Awards while she is up for five categories, including album of the year and record of the year.

To prepare for the big night, Cardi shared a photo to social media and kicked off her glam session with a manicure done by her younger sister Hennessy Carolina.

“I just did my — how many fittings? I did four fittings, a total of four fittings just for the Grammys so I’m looking forward for like the final results of everything,” she told PEOPLE earlier this month. “It’s a lot. It’s a very big night.”

“I haven’t been able to think straight because I’m just thinking about that day,” she said. “Not only do you got a performance that it gotta be flawless — you’re also hoping that you win something. You want to win.”

The 61st Annual Grammy Awards are broadcasting live from Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 10, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS.
